2. Shipping Policy –
We ship within the 48 Contiguous United States with UPS Ground.
All UK Stocked items ship with Interlink.
Other International Shipping will be in the shipping options if available, We ship via the USPS using Global Express mail, 5-8 day delivery.
Delivery to Alaska or Hawaii will be via the United States Postal Service
No P.O. Box Delivery
We will ship to APO/FPO address's as long as it’s a confirmed PayPal address.

We ship within 2 business days of paid order. Our cutoff time for same day shipping is 2:00 EST
If shipping with an expedited service, please add 1-2 day onto your shipping time, Delivery services do not count the pickup day from our warehouse as part of their shipping estimates.
Apollo Equipment can take 3-10 days before it ships from their CA location
Domestic USA Items will be Shipped by UPS or USPS.
UPS, USPS and Interlink Tracking Numbers will be provided, please check spam folders if you do not receive this within 48 hrs. They are automatically generated and e-mailed for every order!
If an item is undeliverable, or returned to us because of incorrect, or missing address information, listed in the buyers sales record we will charge a shipping fee to reship the item. If you would prefer to cancel your order, we will refund the originally paid product cost, with a deduction of shipping fees which we incurred.
Any applicable duties, brokerages, import, customs or other fees are the responsibility of the buyer
If using UPS Ground or any expedited service such at 2-3 days delivery, please add 1-2 extra days onto your delivery estimates. Delivery services do not count the dispatch day as part of the shipping time frame. Counted shipping days do not include holidays, or weekends, only business days.

3. Return Policy-
Spray Tanning Solutions and Cosmetics: Spray Tanning Solutions and any other cosmetic type products are non-returnable or refundable, please be sure you understand your purchase and are selecting the proper product for your skin type. We cannot guarantee results as application method, skin types, skin quality and conditions can all affect the outcome of the developed color. There are also many variable life conditions that can affect the developed color and wear. Examples: (though not limited to) medications, women’s cycles, life changes (stress), hormonal changes, skin preparation, client applied lotions, scrubs etc. Our excellent feedback should assure you that we have a quality product that many use with excellent results.
Equipment and supplies: All Spray Tan Equipment (Sprayer Units) have a 7 day return window. All items must be post marked within 7 days of your delivery date, NOT YOUR “PURCHASE DATE”. A refund will be issued minus actual shipping incurred by Tampa Bay Tan. If an item is returned and postmarked after the 7 day window, a 25% restock fee will be charged. No returns after 30 days accepted, only replacement for warranty issues. NO EXCEPTIONS. All warranty returns must have a copy of the sales invoice and a brief explanation for the return. Return postage both ways will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be part of any refund amount.
Pop Up Spray Tan Tents: No returns, no refunds. We will replace a defective unit 1(one) time within 30 days of receiving the original Pop Up. Shipping cost of the replacement unit will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to the replacement unit being shipped.
We strive to give great service before, during and after the sale. If you have issue, please give us the opportunity to resolve it before any assumptions.
ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR SALES RECEIPT AND A BRIEF EXPLANATION AS TO WHY YOU ARE RETURNING THE ITEM. PLEASE USE UPS FOR SHIPPING RETURNS WHEN POSSIBLE.
