All shipping rates are “real cost” rates provided by UPS and the USPS. At checkout you will be given the option to choose many different shipping methods. All rates are quoted using the origin zip code and yours. You pay the actual rate quoted by the service you choose.

Please be aware, Tanning Equipment only ships via UPS for most locations, Express Mail International for Worldwide locations. Please do not choose the USPS for USA based delivery as this will only delay the shipping of your item.

How long will it take to get my order?

All of our products, with a few exceptions, ship direct from our Florida warehouse location. To assist you in determining transit time you will find the below information helpful.

Maximist systems and parts, will ship from our Florida Warehouse. They will normally ship within 1-3 business days of order payment.

Airbrush Tanning Solutions, Body care products, tents and accessories ship from our Florida warehouse. They will normally ship within 1-3 business days of order payment.

Per ALL orders – We try to ship out the same day whenever possible, but this is never guaranteed. Ship out speed is based on order volume of all received orders for that day.  Please note, Covid related logistics issues can cause unexpected delays in many locations.

If using UPS Ground or any expedited service such at 2-3 days delivery, please add 1-3 extra business days onto your delivery estimates, for dispatch days.
Delivery services do not count the dispatch/process days as part of their shipping time frame. Estimates are in transit time only. Order must be placed before 1:00 PM, EST.

Orders using overnight shipping/Next Day arrival must be placed by 9 AM, EST for next business day delivery.

Counted shipping days do not include holidays, or weekends, only business days.

Orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST for UPS shipment pickup on that day. Postal shipments will go out the next business day. (we do not guarantee all orders will ship the day they are placed)

Please understand that Tampa Bay Tan can not be responsible for the actual shipping times from UPS or the postal service.

We ship worldwide to most locations excluding Germany and Uruguay due to continual problems related to damaged and lost deliveries.
After you place your order, we process you payment, package your order, and prepare your package for shipment.

Please allow 24-72 business day hours for order processing if your order is placed Sunday-Thursday. Please allow 48-86 business hours for order processing if your order was placed on Friday-Saturday.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account online to retrieve your tracking information. Allow 24 to 48 hours for all Carrier service pages to update tracking details.

Feel free to contact us on email at help@tampabaytan.com if you have not received tracking information within 72 business hours of your order. We will be happy to check on your order personally!

Please email help@tampabaytan.com with you order number, and the full name used to place your order and we will assist you.

We are not liable for any shipping related damage or loss of order. We will however, work with you and the shipper to make certain that you receive your order as soon as possible, and address any issues with the carrier.

Some items do ship postal.
Incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout will cause shipping delays and mis-deliveries. Please include all needed information including apartment and suite numbers.

If your item has already shipped, but has not been delivered we are unable to make order changes. Please contact the Shipper carrier, to see if they can assist you, as they now would have the package.

If an item is returned to us, due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided during order placement, customer will be responsible for additional delivery fees to reship the item(s). We do not refund shipping costs, for mis-shipped items, due to incorrect address information on the original order.

If the item was correctly addressed, but lost or misdelivered, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping estimates below are UPS “in transit” times only, and do not include, delivery service pickup day, and/or 24-48 hour business day processing time at the Florida warehouse.

Orders must be paid for by 1:00 PM, EST, or they will be processed the next business day. 9 AM , EST for Express shipping options.

Please understand that Tampa Bay Tan can not be responsible for the actual shipping times from carrier service.

The shipping times below are the UPS advertised estimates, for all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit times of 10 to 12 days. USPS orders ship the next business day, after order payment.

Please add 1-3 business days, to below estimates for warehouse pickup/process time. Please note: Covid logistics issues can cause additional delays.

UPS Ground. Shipping estimate 2-7 business days, after pickup date.

UPS 3 Day Select. Shipping estimate 3-5 business days, delivery normally by end of 3rd business day, after pickup date. May require a signature upon delivery.

UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping estimate 2-4 business days, delivery normally by end of second business day, after pickup date. May require a signature upon delivery.

UPS Next Day Air Saver. Next business day delivery by end of day. Delivery between 10:30 – 4:30 depending on location. May require a signature upon delivery.

UPS Next Day Air. Delivery estimate next business day by 10:30 to end of day. Not available in all destinations. May require a signature upon delivery

UPS Next Day Air Early AM. Shipping estimate delivery on next business day, delivery by 8-10 AM, depending on location. May require a signature upon delivery

Holidays and weekends are not considered business days. Weekend delivery available in limited locations, will require additional fees. Please email us for estimate.

Free shipping is available for pro account orders over $149.99 before any discounts are applied.

Shipping costs are based on products purchased, package size, delivery location and shipping speed used.

To obtain a shipping estimate, add all required items to your shopping cart, and click the ESTIMATE button in the shopping cart. This will provide a shipping estimate based on your location.

We do not pay fees assessed for Duties, customs, Broker fees,Taxes, VAT, or any other fees related to importing our products into your country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be.

Please contact your local Customs Services, and Shipping company to understand the rates that will apply to your product shipments. We do not have information on the rate for your location.

Counted shipping days do not include holidays, or weekends, only business days. We do not guarantee all orders will ship on the day they are placed.

Normally the solution is not damaged by freezing.

Please thaw solution on the counter, indoors at a normal room temperature. Shake after product is completely thawed. Solution integrity should not be effected.

DO NOT USE HEAT OF ANY TYPE OR A MICROWAVE OVEN TO THAW!

Heat and microwaving WILL damage solution product.
