Earlex Tip & Needle Removal Guide

If only cleaning current needle (not replacing) do not discard any parts. Wipe needle with a soft cloth under warm water, and replace old needle back into gun. A gun that spits, or splats, or will not spray solution, should be well cleaned, including removal and cleaning of the needle. If problem continues, check needle for damaged or broken tip, or grooves.
