Ordering from TBT and what happens when I do

 

All orders are processed through our automated website. We use a 128 bit encrypted payment gateway with YourPay Connect for all Credit Card payments. When you pay by credit card you leave our site for a brief moment and are forwarded to YourPay Connect. None of your credit card info is stored on our site. We nor anyone else has access to your credit card information. We do not keep any credit card information on file.

We also offer PayPal as a payment option. Many of our clients prefer PayPal as it is a quick way to checkout as you don’t have to enter in your payment information every time you order. PayPal is one of the most secure ways to purchase on the internet today and we highly recommend them as a payment method.

When you place an order on Tampa Bay Tan, you will receive multiple e-mails confirming your order. You will know that your order is completed and will be processed for shipping when you receive all the conformation e-mails.

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THIS SECOND E-MAIL THERE MAYBE A PROBLEM WITH THE WAY YOU SUBMITTED YOUR ORDER.

Log In to your account and look up your order #. If it is "pending" than your order did not process and will not ship. Click on the order # in your order history and at the top of the page you will see "re-submit payment". Try this first making sure all the Credit Card info is correct. After you have tried this twice and you still have trouble, do not try this again. After two attempts the order # you have been assigned will no longer be valid. You will need to create a complete new order. Wait four minutes and proceed. You can not use the same credit card in a four minute period, it will be declined. This is a security measure put in to prevent fraud.

ALL ORDERS THAT ARE IN A PENDING STATUS FOR MORE THAN 48 HOURS,

EXCEPT E-CHECKS, WILL BE PURGED FROM THE SYSTEM.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

 

All shipping rates are "real time" rates provided by UPS and the USPS. At checkout you will be given the option to choose many different shipping methods. All rates are quoted using the origin zip code and yours. You pay the actual rate quoted by the service you choose.

Please be aware, all Tanning Equipment only ships via UPS. Please do not choose the USPS as this will only delay the shipping of your item.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

 

All of our products, with a few exceptions, ship direct from our manufactures. To assist you in determining transit time you will find the below information helpful.

All TrueHVLP Tanning Systems made by Apollo Sprayers ship from California. Normally any order received by Noon EST will ship out within 3 days.

All tanning Sytems other than Apollo ship from Tampa Bay Tan normally within 1 day.

All of our Tanning Solutions and Skin care products ship from Tampa,Fla. Most orders are shipped out within 24hrs.There are times during the busy season that it may take up to 48 hours for an order to ship. Any order that is placed requesting expedited shipping (next day air, 2 day air etc) are given priority and shipped out the day the order is placed as long as we have the order in hand no later than 1:00PM EST.

NO TANNING SOLUTION ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON FRIDAYS UNLESS IT IS AN EXPEDITED SERVICE LIKE 2ND DAY AIR. We do this for your protection. The Postal Service and UPS don't have proper storage areas for product, so to eliminate product from sitting around in a very hot warehouse somewhere we don't ship Tanning Solution on Fridays.

Our order ship cutoff time is 1:00PM EST. All orders received after 1:00PM EST will ship the following day.

 

Please keep in mind that when you order combinations of items, you may/will receive more than one package, so if you receive an order and it looks as if it may be incomplete you may have another package on the way.

Our website sends out automated shipping notifications. Many times these notifications end up in Junk or Spam e-mail folders. If you add sales@tampabaytan.com to your safe senders list you will be sure to receive these notifications that will include your tracking numbers.

Sometimes during peak months, your order will ship before we get the chance to update the website and your account. Many times we will have shipped your item a few days prior to updating your account.

Shipping methods: We reserve the right to change the selected shipping method. We always prefer to use the method that will get your package to you in the quickest manner. Many times we will upgrade or change your selected service or carrier.

 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with a transaction, just let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Returns/Refunds:

Spray tan solutions and any other cosmetic type products are non-returnable or refundable, please be sure you understand your purchase and are selecting the proper products for your skin type.

 

Equipment and supplies:

All Spray Tan equipment has a 7 day money back guarantee. All items must be post marked within 7 days of receiving the original order. A refund will be issued minus actual shipping incurred by Tampa Bay Tan  and a 25% restocking fee, no exceptions.

 

Pop Up Spray Tan Tents:

No returns, no refunds. We will replace a defective unit 1(one)time within 30 days of receiving the original Pop Up, shipping cost of the replacement unit will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to the replacement unit being returned.
