There’s something wrong with the order/products I received!

If there is an issue with the order you have received, we kindly ask that you provide a clear photo of the packing slip (clearly displaying the order number and any initials marked) and all the items received (preferably in the original packaging). One of our service team members will be happy to further assist in resolving this issue!

If an item is faulty, please provide a clear photo of the unit(s) received and a description of the issue.

How can I exchange/return an online purchase?

For health and safety reasons  No returns or refunds are available on any cleaners, solutions or cosmetic products. Disposables must be unused and unopened. We do provide shipping damaged replacement only, of like item, if notified within 14 days of purchase.

Please please email us at ( )  Please provide order information, and a photo of the product and the package slip, and shipping box so we are able to provide a claim against the shipping company if necessary.

Equipment items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. They must be received in clean/new/original condition. You may test the unit with light use, but all returns must be undamaged clean and as you received them. We are not responsible for shipping damages of returned items.
