Castor oil (Ricinus communis) is a natural plant oil derived from the castor bean, It is both non irritating and non-allergenic. Its ability to inhibit bacterium and viruses combined with its deep skin penetration action enable it to work as an effective therapeutic acne treatment aide. It is a component in some recognized commercial anti-aging treatment creams.
Castor oil contains a range of skin beneficial triglycerides such as the antibacterial ricinoleic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid, stearic acid and dihydroxystearic acids. These fatty acids make the oil a lubricating and soothing skin friendly addition in some of our Airbrush Tanning solution blends and body care products.
