SERVICE REQUESTS FOR WARRANTY RELATED MAXIMIST EQUIPMENT ISSUES, (while under product warranty)

  1. Log into your Account.
  2. Click on “Orders” (Once logged in, scroll down the page, look to the left)
  3. Locate  and View the Order, with the item you have purchased
  4. Select your item, and Click “Return Request” button, near the product your wish to return for Warranty Service
  5. Once completed, Return Details will appear under “Existing Requests” below.
  6. Please monitor your Email, and Spam folders for messages from us concerning your Return

OTHER PRODUCT RETURNS:

For any product returns not warranty related.

The Item must be unused, undamaged, returned complete with all parts. (parts, equipment, tents etc) Must be instigated within 30 days of purchase only.

No returns are available on Solutions, Cosmetics, Skincare, Cleaners, Sticky feet, nose filters, mitts etc.

All returns MUST be authorized via Phone, Email, or online RMA Request – NO EXCEPTIONS.
