Please be sure you understand your purchase and are selecting the proper product, depth, type and tint, for your skin type. If you need help selecting the proper DHA / Darkness level for your skin type.
We cannot guarantee individual results as skin types, health and conditions can affect the unique outcome of the developed color. There are many customer related conditions that can impact the developed color. Examples: medications, women’s cycles, life changes (stress), health, skin condition, skin preparation, client applied lotions, scrubs etc. Our excellent feedback should assure you that we have a quality product that many find provides a positive desired result.
Equipment and Supplies: All Spray Tan Equipment (Sprayer Units) have a 14 day client satisfaction return window. All items must be post marked within 14 days of your delivery date, NOT YOUR “PURCHASE DATE”. A refund will be issued minus actual shipping incurred by Tampa Bay Tan.
If an item is returned and postmarked after the 14 day window, a 25% restock fee will be charged. No returns after 30 days accepted, only replacement/repair for warranty issues. NO EXCEPTIONS. All returns must have a copy of the sales invoice and a brief explanation for the return.
Return postage both ways will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be part of any refund amount.
The spray machine turbine/motor and spray gun are WARRANTED for a total period of TWELVE-TWENTY FOUR MONTHS, or longer, based on the unit (see product page and or your product manual for terms) – from the ORIGINAL date of purchase by the ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
Professional level Spray guns are warranted for life of original purchaser.
Proof of purchase must be included and all SHIPPING CHARGES on returns are to be pre-paid. Client/buyer responsible for shipping both the return and the replacement unit.
Upon examination of the machine/equipment, it will be replaced or repaired at manufacturers/technicians discretion for/of any defects in material or workmanship.
This WARRANTY covers normal use wear and tear of mechanical, and electrical components. The warranty does NOT include: misuse, damage, neglect, abuse, alterations, disassembled equipment or modifications, lack of maintenance, cleaning, water damage to electrical parts and INCORRECT VOLTAGE CONNECTION. Products decorative or designer finish is not covered. Hoses, cups, gaskets, filters, solution pickup or air flow tubes, and other consumable end user replaceable items, that are routinely replaced related to the amount of consumer use are not covered.
Pop Up Spray Tan Tents: 14 day refund for returned tents in new, unused, unopened, original condition in original packaging. We will replace a defective tent 1(one) time within 30 days of receiving the original Pop Up. Shipping cost, brokerage customs or other fees, of the replacement unit will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to the replacement unit being shipped.
